Order Processing and Shipping: At Slaneyside Furniture, we understand the importance of timely delivery. That's why all orders are processed and shipped within 14 working days. We strive to ensure that your furniture reaches you promptly, so you can enjoy your new pieces as soon as possible.

Damage Policy for Slaneyside Furniture: Inspection and Reporting: All goods delivered by Slaneyside Furniture must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Any damages, including but not limited to scratches, tears, dents, or soiling, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept reports of damage after this specified time frame. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect floor/display models prior to delivery to ensure their satisfaction. Returns: If your purchased item does not fit or suit your requirements, we offer the option of issuing a credit note, subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the item is in its original packaging. This option is available for a period of 3 days following delivery. Please note that items taken out of their original packaging or any special-order items cannot be returned. Should you wish to return goods, you may arrange for their collection by contacting us in writing. Please be aware that a collection fee will apply. Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses, headboards, pillows, and divans cannot, under any circumstances, be returned.
