Inspection and Reporting:
All goods delivered by Slaneyside Furniture must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Any damages, including but not limited to scratches, tears, dents, or soiling, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept reports of damage after this specified time frame. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect floor/display models prior to delivery to ensure their satisfaction.
Returns:
If your purchased item does not fit or suit your requirements, we offer the option of issuing a credit note, subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the item is in its original packaging. This option is available for a period of 3 days following delivery. Please note that items taken out of their original packaging or any special-order items cannot be returned.
Should you wish to return goods, you may arrange for their collection by contacting us in writing. Please be aware that a collection fee will apply. Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses, headboards, pillows, and divans cannot, under any circumstances, be returned.
We regret to inform you that damaged or imperfect goods cannot be refunded or exchanged if the imperfections were identified to you prior to purchase.
